A pixel base-survival game with a day-night loop: gather wood and upgrade by day, then fight monsters and repair the base at night.
Zombit: Build by Day, Fight by Night
Zombit is a pixel base-survival game driven by a fast day-night cycle. Chop trees and upgrade the base in daylight, then fight monsters, collect coins, and repair damage after dark.
What We Tested
Our session lasted 8 minutes 20 seconds across portrait and landscape play. We tested wood gathering, base and hero upgrades, night combat, repairs, coin collection, and AI companions that help with construction.
Why It Works
- Day and night create a clear preparation-and-defense rhythm.
- Helpful companions reduce the pressure of repeated base upgrades.
- Pixel art and short cycles make progress easy to read at a glance.
- Both portrait and landscape orientations are supported.
Before You Play
The pace is extremely fast, and the helpers, enemies, resources, and effects can make the screen difficult to read. Prepare early, focus on the nearest clear threat, and repair the base before chasing more coins.
Field rating: 6.5/10. Mixed recommendation—a good fit for players who enjoy hectic pixel survival, but less suitable if visual clarity matters most.

Prepare During Daylight
Use daylight to chop wood and strengthen the base. At night, prioritize clear threats and emergency repairs—the crowded screen can make enemies difficult to distinguish.
